Already up for 10 minutes sitting in bed because my brain woke me up excited for a new week. My alarm wasn’t needed. This never happened back when I was working a 9-5. Oh no, back in those days I’d hit the snooze button at least 3 times before rolling out of bed in a state of utter depression.
Already smashed my wake up fast regimen of squats and situps, on to the pushups. Breathing heavy, pretty sure I’m fucking alive.
5:20 AM
Out of the shower and damn does it feel good. Put water all the way to the coldest setting. Awake like never before.
Sitting down to start meditating and get my focus right. I find that for 20 minutes, just focusing on my breathing in and out and relaxing all my muscles, gives me an intense focus that lasts through the whole day.
5:50 AM
Fire up the stove and get the pan out to make some eggs. I’ll eat something light like this in the morning to satiate my hunger but at the same time not get a tired feeling from having to digest a huge meal.
Pull out the cold brew coffee that I have already prepared, go about half coffee/half water, grab a little stevia and a touch of cream and get ready to energize.
6:00 AM
Fueled up on my breakfast and energized like crazy, I get ready to crush my to do list for the day.
Sit down at my table, fire up the ol laptop, open Chrome, and open up Trello.
Decide the first action to take for the day, open up Focus@Will, hit play on up tempo mix, get to work like an absolute savage.
8:00 AM
Get up from doing my work, do some stretches, go for a brisk 20 minute walk around the neighborhood to clear my head.
Get back to the house, sit down, cross a few more items off the to do list.
12:00 PM
Take a break for the day and go over some emails that I may have missed.
Grab a hefty lunch and relax for the rest of the hour. I like to read some blogs or do my youtube viewing during this time while eating lunch.
4:00 PM
Pour a small re-up on the coffee. Get some extra energy before hitting the gym.
8:00 PM
Hit the gym and go hard. Bench, Deadlift, Squat. These are the exercises to focus on in my opinion. Lift heavy.
9:00 PM
Try to calm down with a spoonful of honey. Hit the pillow and fall asleep.
Are you hating the hell out of Monday? Perhaps the reason you hate a day that is no different than other days is because you actually hate your job. There are other ways to make money than trading your time to someone for paper.
Perhaps if you hate Mondays so much, you should consider whether you should quit.
I know the feeling of approaching doom on Sunday night
Getting rid of that anxiety of Sunday night is a really great feeling.
Go and do likewise gentlemen.

You’re living the dream man. I’m working my way there as we speak. Nice idea about the cold coffee kept in the fridge. I personally keep an ice cube tray of coffee in the freezer in case I want a cold latte without diluting my coffee with regular ice cubes.
